This is the third ebike I have purchased in the past 6 months. One of the lase set I purchased from another company had to go back do to electrical problems. I have been testing this Tesgo Pioneer out. I am very pleased with the way this bike just works. This compant cares about you and your bike. The way it was boxed up proves that all day long. I am looking forward to my time riding this impressive beast of a bike.

I love the sleek design at first sight, I must say. The carbon fiber frame is both stable and light, I can even move it with one hand.

You won't find cheaper at this quality.

The fat tires fit all conditions. I love riding it along beach. The display works well in the evening.

When will my ebike ship?

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is FedEx. Once the items arrived in our warehouse, please allow 2 to 7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Tesgo are estimated.

Should I completely drain the battery before charing？

No. On many batteries this is preferred, however our batteries are all high-tech batteries and have built-in mechanisms that protect the battery from overcharging.
